Just spent a lovely week at the Black Pearl Inn. It's close to the center of town, but half a block off the main street so it is quiet. The Inn is typical Cape Cod, not fancy, no chandeliers, but comfortable, clean. Good mattress, working air conditioners, nice soaps, shampoos, etc. The owners were very helpful with advice, recommendations.
The Inn is pet-friendly. This is the first time we brought our dog on vacation, and it worked out great. We took him to the beach, but could leave him behind when we went out. (He actually seemed happy to be allowed to rest.)
Next time we come to P-town, The Black Pearl Inn will be our first choice.
