I think there has been a mistake here. The term "fag" in "Mags & Fags" is a slang synonym for "cigarette". This is a convenience store that sells magazines, newspapers, and tobacco from all over the world. It has nothing to do with homosexuality, although I'm sure gay people are welcome if they're looking to buy a nice cigar. :)
