Winter Party Festival has evolved into a week-long festival benefiting the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community on the national and local levels. Over 10,000 guests from all over the United States and abroad attend at least one of the 25+ events -- including dance, fashion, art, dining and more -- that take place in Miami, Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale. The climax of the Festival is the Winter Party Beach Party, a dance event on the sands of South Beach.

The Women’s International Film & Arts Festival (WIFF) is a unique, cultural event featuring films, visual and performance arts and other artistic expressions by women. It is one of only two festivals in the Southeastern United States specifically dedicated to women. The events bring together women from all over the world to explore, share and dialogue about issues concerning women through arts. Run, walk or rollerblade at this annual fundraiser benefiting Care Resource, South Florida's largest and oldest HIV/AIDS organization. The course is 3.1 miles (5K) starting and ending outside the Miami Beach Convention Center.
